The Following Classes are or will be available for 2007-2008

Stretch & Sculpt w. Linda Strutz
An enjoyable class offering the relaxation of stretching and the physical benefits of toning. Flexibility, Agility, and Toning are incorporated to stretch and sculpt the body. A great way to enjoy a healthy body!

Yoga w. Anita MacBeth
Yoga is an ancient science that originated in India. It is a discipline that brings you in one with the body, mind and spirit. In a yoga class there are several sections.

Dancersize w. Erzsi Salamon
Dancersize is a fun, fast paced way to work up a sweat. Learn to stretch, strengthen and tone muscles by exercising with a dancer.

Family Fitness w. Joel Giacobbe
A combination class for both the child and adult to learn the basics of fitness such as core work, stretching, glut activation, agility, balance work and sports conditioning. The goal of this class is to teach proper technique, form and most importantly injury prevention for both child and adult. This class emphasizes getting the most by doing the least with wellness at the focus.

Body Scupting w. Joel Giacobbe
This class will practice the basics of fitness such as core work, stretching, glut activation, agility, balance work and overall conditioning. The goal of this class is to teach proper technique, form and most importantly injury prevention. This class emphasizes getting the most by doing the least with wellness as the focus.

Cardio Sculpt w. Sheri Wilcox
This energizing class will help build endurance, strength and flexibility through a safe, fun, low impact cardio routine followed by strength training exercises and a stretch.
